CAI is hiring a Help Desk Intern!
This role will help to unpack and install computers and software for our client.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 technical support to over 2500 county staff, monitor work queues, open, update and close ServiceNOW Incidents.
- Basic Installation of desktop hardware / peripherals and printers.
- Thoroughly and accurately document the details of a user request or issue, document the diagnostic steps performed when troubleshooting the issue
- Installation of individual software packages, as needed, for all users.
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm; Monday through Friday; occasional weekend or night work
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a two year or four year technical college or university
- Some Knowledge of data communication and network concepts, principles, and fundamentals.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN/MAN, data center networks, or wireless networks is desired.
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- May be expected to lift equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs. and be required to run cables under desks and other furniture.
