Job Summary
CAI is hiring! The Business Analyst your primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to elicit, document, and prioritize their CRM system requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
- System Analysis and Design: Analyze the gathered requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and design business processes and workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Identify and resolve any issues or defects through testing and collaborate with development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Assist with user adoption, answer queries, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Generate reports and analyze system data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM, along with analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is crucial. Additionally, a background in business analysis, CRM implementation, or related roles is highly beneficial.

Qualifications
- 5 Years of prior experience as the sole BA working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) on an Implementation
- 5 Years of prior experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs and Business Users
- 5 Years of prior experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation
- 5 years of prior experience in gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements.
- 5 Years of prior experience performing gap analysis
- 3 Years of prior functional experience packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod)
- 5 years of experience in working with MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel
- 2 years of hands-on experience with tracking systems (i.e. Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tools) to document Epic Stories, tasks and other documentation.
- 5 years of experience with coordinating and conducting QA Testing and UAT with business users and technical team
- 3 years of prior functional and hands on experience with Configuring Dynamics 365 Apps, Tables, Attributes, List Views, Form Views, Security
- Highly desired - 1-year of experience working with SharePoint 2016 or Online as user. (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions)
- Highly desired - 1-year of experience with Dynamics 365 Portal Design
- Highly desired - 1-year of prior experience providing training and documenting training manuals (to end users)
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
