Official rules:

**Eligibility:** Open to all tradeshow attendees who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of CAI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

**How to Enter:** No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Participants must fill out the provided form with their complete and accurate contact information. Limit one (1) entry per person.

**Sweepstakes Period:** The Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM, PT, and ends Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11:30 AM, PT, ("Sweepstakes Period").

**Prize:** One (1) winner will receive a $250 gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

**Selection of Winner:** The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, and the winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days following the selection. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

**General Conditions:** By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CAI which shall be final and binding in all respects. CAI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or interferes with the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

**Liability:** CAI is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.

**Privacy:** Information participants provide will be used by CAI for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and to provide information about our products and services.

**Jurisdiction:** The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
