Leading the conversation: How AI is impacting local government services

With the release and rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), local government agencies are moving to better understand its uses while also heeding caution about implementing it too soon in critical citizen services. CAI has been carefully monitoring and studying AI. We’ve partnered with the National Association of Counties (NACo) dedicating time on their new AI Exploratory Committee. The committee’s objective is to release an AI toolkit to assist county governments. Learn more about this effort in the press release below.

“Counties are thoughtfully considering complex challenges and opportunities around artificial intelligence. In partnership with CAI, the Artificial Intelligence Exploratory Committee is positioning counties to exchange insights, consider new innovations, minimize risks and deliver structure and support to public sector services. We are excited to see what’s to come from this powerful collaboration.”
