
Tammy Harper
Chief Human Resources Officer
Tammy serves as CAI’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for strategic and operational leadership, the full talent lifecycle, and has complete oversight of all Human Capital Management operations including talent acquisition. She balances employees’ needs with business demands and aligns people, processes, and technology to secure growth objectives. She also serves as Chief Diversity Officer leading CAI’s diversity, equity, and inclusive initiatives for an equal-opportunity workplace.
Tammy has served as Vice President, Human Resources and Director, Operations prior to her current role at CAI. She brings more than 26 years of HR experience to organizations’ HCM functions, reinvigorating them to better serve the people and company success. Before joining the CAI team, Tammy held executive-level roles at Vertis, Inc. and Webcraft LLC.
Tammy holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Economics from Rutgers University. With her passion to inspire and influence meaningful change for local and global communities, she is a member of the Well Spring Clubhouse Advisory Board and the Forbes Human Resources Council. She has also been recognized for two consecutive years as the Top 10 HR Professional by OnCon for her progressive thought leadership in transforming HR from traditional administrative practices to more strategic human relations—cultivating an engaged, inclusive, and productive work environment.
