CAI’s employee resource groups (ERGs)
ERGs play a pivotal role in uniting us in allyship while cultivating belonging and impact for both our colleagues and communities. They serve as a supportive space in a multitude of ways:

conVERG
conVERG’s mission is to assemble an alliance for all CAI military veterans and allies who have proudly served and continue to serve our nation by building a support system and providing career resources for members and their families during and post deployment.

DIMES
CAI’s Diversity + Inclusion Means Everyone Succeeds (DIMES) ERGs mission is to promote and nurture a multicultural environment that welcomes and respects fresh outlooks and new perspectives by fostering a community that drives awareness and embraces belonging and impact.

RISE
RISE’s mission is to Retain, Inspire, Support, and Empower (RISE) young professionals within CAI by maximizing their individual skillsets within the workplace. RISE is dedicated to providing resources that encourage both personal and professional growth of CAI’s young professionals.

Out Tech + Allies
Out Tech + Allies ERG at CAI is dedicated to fostering an equitable and inclusive working environment for the LGBTQIA+ community.

TechABILITY
CAI's TechABILITY ERG actively promotes awareness, acceptance and inclusion of individuals with disabilities and/or neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

WCAI
WCAI stands for Women of CAI. This ERGs mission is to provide education, resources, support, and networking opportunities that enable professional and personal growth and development of women at CAI.

Our supplier diversity promise
