
Tom Salvaggio
President and CEO
Tom Salvaggio serves as CAI’s President and CEO. He has grown the business to specialize in high-quality digital transformation services by uniting talent and technology to power the possible. He is responsible for identifying new technology business ventures, strategizing sales initiatives, and improving productivity that enhance the client experience. With his vision, he develops and refines the direction for all three business portfolios including Commercial, Public Sector, and CAI Neurodiverse Solutions. Tom also serves on CAI’s DEI Council and is the co-founder of Salvaggio Academy, a privately owned and operated elementary school committed to providing an academic environment to students through blended learning and innovation.
Under Tom’s direction, he has grown CAI into an international technology services firm with tailor-made solutions to make lasting results for clients, colleagues, and communities. He embodies CAI’s purpose—people who help people—with his philanthropic passion and drive for DEI that permeates all facets of his work. He is committed to being an intentional and relentless leader.
Tom holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. And with his passion for a global disability-inclusive workforce, he is one of the endorsers of the Disability:IN CEO Letter on Disability Inclusion.
