Gabriela Feliciano

Senior Vice President, Operations

Gabriela (Gaby) serves as CAI’s Senior Vice President of Operations.  In her role, she leads the Enterprise Solutions Center, which encompasses the Proposal Development Center, Solutions, Growth Operations, and CAI Practices. This strategic hub is instrumental in driving CAI’s continuous improvement efforts by fostering collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to remain at the cutting edge of revenue generation. Under Gaby's leadership, the Enterprise Solutions Center empowers the organization to successfully navigate the ever-evolving business landscape, propelling CAI’s growth ambitions forward.

Before joining CAI, Gaby built a diverse professional background as a paralegal, consultant, and Chief Product Owner. Her journey with CAI began as a Service Delivery Manager, where she quickly ascended the ranks by spearheading special projects and leading teams focused on enhancing CAI’s growth and operational efficiency.

Gaby holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Chicago and has completed Kellogg School of Business “Leading with Analytics” and Harvard Business School “Developing Yourself as a Leader” courses. She also holds certifications from Scaled Agile in Product Ownership and DevOps.
