Successful resort and gaming enterprise finds technology experts for important website conversions to Sitecore

Problem

One of the most globally recognized brands in hospitality manages a diverse mix of hotels, casinos, resorts and restaurants. The company is a leader in music, entertainment, and gambling and has become known as an innovator in the industry, reaching clientele and prospective new customers in dramatic and effective ways.

To continue to build on this reputation and expand its marketing reach, the organization chose to convert two of its resort websites from .Net to Sitecore to take advantage of improved personalization, marketing content management, and analytics capabilities. The marketing department’s objective was to find new ways to identify appropriate customers for special campaigns, discounts and events and deliver that information in a timely manner directly to those customers. Implementing Sitecore gave the marketing team more flexibility to direct appropriate messages to the right people at the right times.

Solution
